INGREDIENTS
- 1 c gluten-free rolled oats
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder (use OEN Organic plant based Protein)
- 1 1/2 c almond milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
TOPPINGS
- 1 c blackberries
- 2 tbsp slivered almonds
- maple syrup for drizzle
- greek yogurt (use vegan yogurt if necessary)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place the oats, protein, chia seeds and milk into a mason jar or container with a lid. Shake or stir until ingredients are well combined. Chill for 1 hour or overnight.
ASSEMBLY - In two serving containers, layer oats with blackberries. Top with more milk if desired. Finish with toppings.
