VANILLA BLACKBERRY OVERNIGHT OATS | HIGH PROTEIN

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 c gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder (use OEN Organic plant based Protein)
  • 1 1/2 c almond milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

 

TOPPINGS

  • 1 c blackberries
  • 2 tbsp slivered almonds
  • maple syrup for drizzle
  • greek yogurt (use vegan yogurt if necessary)

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Place the oats, protein, chia seeds and milk into a mason jar or container with a lid. Shake or stir until ingredients are well combined. Chill for 1 hour or overnight.
    ASSEMBLY
  • In two serving containers, layer oats with blackberries. Top with more milk if desired. Finish with toppings.
